Nails: L.vida - Pink Orange - Swatches, Review and Nail Art

Today I have some swatches of the nail polish I received in Memebox Global #12. There were 10 colors available - I got Pink Orange which I am more than happy with. I'd probably describe it as a coral but it does look more pink with just 2 coats and leans orange the more you apply.

For these photos I've applied 4 coats plus Glisten and Glow top coat. Originally I just did 3 coats but wanted to see how many it would take for full opacity. As you can see, nail line is still slightly visible but that doesn't bother me. I think this polish would work great over white; I may try that out and update this post.

The formula is great - it's smooth and dries in a reasonable amount of time. I kept it on for 4 days (which is twice as long as I can usually bear) and only experienced very light tip-wear. This polish dried to such a shiny finish that I almost left it without top coat, almost.
I wanted to add some nail art using my favourite short-cut; Nail Vinyls. I used the Chevron Minis - look how cute this manicure turned out!

I used Color Club - Beyond for the chevrons and another coat of Glisten and Glow. I really love how it looks and it's even better in macro:

Overview: Overall I'm impressed with this polish and I'm annoyed that I didn't make the most of the 50% off sale! I think this will work really well for jelly-sandwiches and I'll most likely be picking up a few more from this brand. I'm curious to see if the other polishes are also jellies/crellies, I think a lot of the photos on the product pages must be over white polish.
